Return Policy – Wolfire Eyewear

 

At Wolfire, we stand behind the quality of our sunglasses. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order under the following conditions:

 

1. Return Period

• You have 14 days after receiving your order to return the product.

• Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless the return is due to an error on our part (see point 3).

 

2. Return Conditions

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• The sunglasses must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories and labels.

• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

 

3. Errors or Damage

If there is an error on our part, such as:

• Receiving the wrong model or color

• Receiving a damaged or defective product

 

We will provide an appropriate solution, such as a free replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [email address or contact form] with clear photos of the issue.

 

4. How to Request a Return?

1. Send an email to wolfire.belgium@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will confirm your return and provide the necessary instructions.

3. Ship the product to the provided return address.

4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund or send a replacement product.

 

5. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable after the 14 day return period has passed.
